Sign Up

  • What're the sign-up requirements for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL membership?
    Those who reside outside Japan and have access to the ONE TOKYO GLOBAL site and email via PC or smartphone.
    There are no age or nationality requirements; however, guidance is available only in English.
  • What's the field size?
    There is no limit to the field size.
  • Can I sign up with one email address for my family and friends?
    For ONE TOKYO GLOBAL membership sign-up, each person is allowed to use only one email address.
    Each family member and friend needs to sign up by using their own email address.
  • I can’t sign up because it says ‘the email address has already been in use’ at the time of sign-up.
    After the first sign-up, you can't use the same email address as the one for a ONE TOKYO GLOBAL member.
    You'll need to sign up with a new email address.
  • I haven't received the sign-up confirmation email yet
    You may not have received the sign-up confirmation email for one of the following reasons:

    • You may not have clicked “Send email”.
    • Your mailbox might be full.
    • You may have entered the incorrect email address when filling out the input form.
    • The sign-up email may have been filtered into the junk folder.
  • Does signing up automatically enter me into the Tokyo Marathon?
    Simply siging-up as a member does not enter you into the Tokyo Marathon.
    Note: Separate application procedures are required.

Login / My Page

  • How can I log in?
    You can log in by entering the email address you used to sign up in the Login ID field.
    After entering your password, click ‘Log in’. If an error occurs, the Login ID or password entered may be incorrect.
    You can reset your password.

  • What is my Login ID?
    Your login ID is the email address you signed up with.
    Even if the email address is no longer active, you can still use it as your Login ID.
    Once logging in, please update your email address on the My Page.
  • Can I update my email address?
    Yes. Firstly, log in to the ONE TOKYO GLOBAL site and then update your email address from My Page.
  • I can't update my email address because the current one is no longer accessible to me, and I've also forgotten my password. What can I do?
    To update your email address, please visit the "Contact Us" page, and request an email address update to tm-entrydesk@or.knt.co.jp

    Note: It may take about 3-5 business days for the update to be reflected.
  • I've forgotten my password or I want to reset it. How can I do that?
    You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Login ID or Password" on the Login page.
  • How can I update my personal information that I entered at the sign up?
    You can log in to the ONE TOKYO GLOBAL site and update on My Page. For items that you cannot update yourself there, proceed with updating through Profile Update.

Email

  • I haven't received your email. What do I do?
    The sign-up email may have been filtered into the junk folder. To ensure you receive the email, please check that the incoming email settings, junk mail settings, and security software settings are not set to block it.
    In addition, we recommend setting up domain-specific reception.
    Please whitelist the following email domains in your inbox: @onetokyo.org, @tokyo42195.org, and @or.knt.co.jp.

Membership Fee for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Members・Benefits

  • Membership fee
    The membership fee for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Members is, as a general rule, to be paid in a lump sum in advance for each fiscal year (from April to the end of March the following year). Even if you join in the middle of the fiscal year, the annual membership fee is a flat fee of 30,000 JPY.
    Note: For the first year, the term is from July to the end of March of the following year.
  • Expiration date of membership
    The membership fee for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Members is, as a general rule, to be paid in a lump sum in advance for each fiscal year (from April to the end of March the following year). Even if you join in the middle of the fiscal year, the annual membership fee is a uniform 30,000 yen.
    Note: For the first year, the term is from July to the end of March of the following year.
  • Renewal of ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Member's membership
    If there are no specific requests, the membership will automatically renew using the same credit card as before.

    If the payment can't be processed normally due to reasons such as the card’s expiration, your membership will automatically be cancelled after the expiration date.
    If you wish to sign up again for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL, please proceed with the process on your own.
  • Does signing up as a ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Member guarantee the entry to the Tokyo Marathon?
    We will be accepting entries for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Members (ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Member Entry).
    If the number of applications exceeds the field size, a lottery will be conducted.
    Be aware: Your entry to the race is not guaranteed.
  • I wasn’t selected in the ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Member Entry, but do I need to enter through the General Entry?
    If you have applied for the ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Member Entry and are not selected, you will be automatically entered into the general lottery, so no further action is required.

Payment

  • What payment methods are available?
    Payments for ONE TOKYO GLOBAL can be made via credit card only.
    We accept five major credit card brands: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, Master Card, JCB, and Diners Club International.
    • Membership fees are non-refundable.
    • Please use a credit card issued in your name for payment.
  • Is it possible to get a receipt?
    For credit card payments, a receipt will not be issued.
    Please refer to the statement or bill provided by your credit card company for payment details.

ONE TOKYO three consecutive unsuccessful member challenge

  • What is the ONE TOKYO three consecutive unsuccessful member challenge?
    Eligibility for the ONE TOKYO three year unsuccessful member challenge is open to ONE TOKYO GLOBAL Members who entered but were not selected for the Tokyo Marathon in three consecutive years, starting from 2025. A lottery will be held for those members.
    Note: The lottery will be applicable to the Tokyo Marathon from 2028 onwards.
  • Is it open to those who were selected in the last three races but did not make the payment for the entry fee?
    If you are selected but fail to make a payment, it will be considered as an intention to cancel your entry. As a result, you will not be eligible for the lottery since you have already been selected.
  • Is it also open to those who cancelled their ONE TOKYO GLOBAL membership in the last three years and then signed up again?
    Once your membership is cancelled, you will not be eligible for the consecutive unsuccessful entry slots.
